WIMBORNE'S under-14s completed an unbeaten season to win the Dorset & Wilts Premiership Cup.
The competition works in a league format, with Wimborne winning all nine of their fixtures, scoring more than 300 points in the process.
That culminated in a resounding 45-7 victory over Corsham, allowing them the chance to celebrate on the pitch.
Having only moved to 15-a-side rugby in January, Wimborne recorded wins over the likes of Oakmedians (41-0), Chippenham (27-26), Bournemouth (28-7) and Swindon Supermarine (47-0) to clinch the title.
Wimborne also reached the rugby sevens finals day at Bath on May 22, progressing through a qualifying event at North Dorset.
