- The big game in the women's beach volleyball today involves Team GB and Poole's Zara Dampney.
- Dampney and Shauna Mullin face Russia at 3.30pm knowing a win would put them into the knockout stages of the competition - a huge achievement in their first Olympics.
- Down in Weymouth, Lymington's Ben Ainslie and Sherborne's Andrew Simpson go in races seven and eight of the Finn and Star class.
- Poole's match racing girls, meanwhile, are up against Sweden in their only race of the day at 1.30pm.
- Bournemouth's John Pearce and Sway's Dan McMillan are in action for GB in the men's handball against Argentina at 4.15pm.
