A SOUTH-West developer has launched a consultation for its proposed plans to build 67 homes in Lymington to allow the public a chance to give feedback.
The proposed scheme which is located on land south of Milford Road, Lymington, will feature a mix of one, two, three and four-bedroom high-quality homes to cater to a range of residents including first-time buyers and growing families and downsizers.
The scheme will also include public open spaces and pedestrian footpaths connecting to neighbouring areas to enhance accessibility and community cohesion.
Ben Arnold, land and planning director for Pennyfarthing Homes said: “We are committed to keeping the community fully informed about our development proposals and to listen to their feedback as we refine our plans over the coming weeks.
"Lymington, situated within the New Forest, is a highly sought-after area where housing is often in short supply. Our goal is to provide local residents with the opportunity to stay in the area they cherish.”
The new homes will feature energy-efficient designs, access to electrical vehicle charging points and facilities that encourage greener living.
Ben emphasised the importance of community involvement and hope residents can help shape their plans.
