THE following cases were heard at Poole Magistrates' Court:

ARMELIND PIRE, 25 and of Finchley Road in London, admitted possession of a controlled drug of class A, namely 9.08g of cocaine, in Heckford Road in Poole on December 12, 2023. He admitted using a motor vehicle on a road / public place without third party insurance and driving a motor vehicle with a proportion of a specified controlled drug above the specified limit, namely Benzoylecgonine at a level of no less than 240ug/L, in Heckford Road in Poole on December 12, 2023. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months. He was also fined £120, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £48 and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.

ROBERT MARSHALL, 36 and of Boscombe Spa Road in Bournemouth, admitted going equipped for theft of a motor vehicle, namely being in possession of a hacksaw and pliers, in Woodland Walk in Bournemouth on December 22, 2023. He admitted vehicle interference after interfering with a Land Rover with the intention of theft in Woodland Walk in Bournemouth on December 22, 2023. He was conditionally discharged for a period of 18 months. He was also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £26 and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.

KARLA HARRIS, 32 and of Sterte Close in Poole, admitted theft from a shop after stealing laundry products valued at £91.10 from the Co-op in North Street in Wareham on February 13. She was ordered to pay compensation of £91.10.

SHANE DIWELL, 26 and of Kingsmere Road in Bracknell, admitted driving a vehicle while unfit through drugs and driving while unfit through drink in Bovington Lane in Wool on December 10, 2023. He admitted using a motor vehicle on a road / public place without third in Tout Hill in Wool on December 10, 2023. He was disqualified from driving for 18 months and handed a community order lasting until August 18, 2025. He was also fined £330, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £114 and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.

NICK PARKER, 34 and of Glenmoor Road in Ferndown, admitted three counts of failing to enter detail on the centre field of a recording sheet of tachograph recording equipment installed in a vehicle at Upton in Poole on April 24, April 29 and May 7. He admitted one count of failing to produce tachograph recording equipment record sheet / record sheets at Upton in Poole on May 13. He was conditionally discharged for a period of six months. He was also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £26 and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.

JAMIE ANDREWS, 31 and of Duncan Crescent in Bovington, admitted driving a mechanically propelled vehicle on a road / in a public place without due care and attention, using a motor vehicle on a road without a valid test certificate, driving a motor vehicle otherwise than in accordance with a licence, driving whilst unfit through drink and using a motor vehicle on a road / public place without third party insurance in Station Road in Wool on December 5, 2023. He was disqualified from driving for 15 months. He was also fined £735, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £294 and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
