Today is International Cat Day, a day dedicated to celebrating your furry best friend.
International Cat Day is a celebration which takes place on 8 August of every year.
Founded in 2002 by the International Fund for Animal Welfare, the day was created to raise awareness for cats and learn how to protect them.
