TEMPERATURES are set to rise to 30C on Tuesday amid what the UK government has called a ‘heat health alert’.
Baking sunshine will bask down on Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole today with thousands of holidaymakers and residents expected to head down to the beach.

10am: 25C
11am: 27C
12pm: 28C
1pm: 29C
2pm: 30C

6pm: 28C
7pm: 28C
8pm: 26C
9pm: 24C
10pm: 23C
11pm: 22C
However, this weather is not going to last: thunderstorms could come down on Thursday.
The Met Office has issued a yellow weather warning for thunderstorms and heavy showers on August 1 at 12am until midnight the same day.
The heaviest showers could result in 20-30 mm within an hour, with 24 hour accumulations possibly reaching as much as 70-90 mm where multiple showers affect the same location, the Met Office said.
