A MICROBREWERY that pours a 'perfect pint' is our Pub of the Week.
Located at The Triangle, The Brewhouse & Kitchen is popular amongst tourists and locals for its vast selection of homemade craft beers.
The Brewhouse & Kitchen has sites all over the country, more locally in Bournemouth, Poole and Southbourne.
Kris Gumbrell, the executive chairman, said: "We are really proud of our Bournemouth town centre site."
The Bournemouth venue has been described as a 'hidden gem', featuring what Kris described as a 'secret garden'.
He said: "It really is lovely spot, being in the triangle. It's a diverse enclave in the town centre."
The Brewhouse & Kitchen offers a packed schedule of events, including 'intimate' live music on Fridays, meeting the brewers on Thursdays and showing football throughout the Euros.
Kris said: "It is quite a cosy, comfortable pub with a lovely atmosphere.
"Quite often you'll see a brewer working when people are in the pub, which is great."
The Brewhouse & Kitchen has won more than 30 brewing awards displayed inside the venue.
The pub offers interactive experiences for drinks enthusiasts, including brewing beer with award-winning brewers, whisky and beer pairings, and craft beer or gin-tasting masterclasses.
For those looking to wake up with a clear head, The Brewhouse & Kitchen has introduced a selection of 0 per cent beers, including a premium lager called Legend.
Kris said: "Zero-alcohol beer is a really big part of the movement, and it's such a big part of our sector.
"People who are reducing their alcohol a little bit still want the experience and still want good flavour as well.
"We're really proud of the range and have worked hard on it."
Good food is a priority for this pub, with Kris highlighting its 'famous street-style burgers', beer-battered fish and chips, beer-infused chicken and a selection of modern gastro-style dishes.
Kris added: "We try to be a really good, friendly, premium local, and I think I am most proud of the team of people I work with.
"We won UK's best brewing pub company last year, and that very much comes down to the quality of team that we have and the service that we offer."
