EMERGENCY services have responded to a medical incident at Boscombe Pier.
Dorset Police, HM Coastguard and South Western Ambulance Service attended the scene shortly after 6pm on Saturday, June 29.
Residents described seeing ‘three ambulances and a number of police cars rush down to the pier’, along with 'two coastguard vehicles'.
A spokesperson for HM Coastguard told the Daily Echo: “HM Coastguard responded to a medical incident in the Boscombe Pier area yesterday, June 29.
“Alerted just after 6pm, Southbourne Coastguard Rescue Team was sent to the scene.”
Dorset Police said it was an ambulance led incident.
