A “SPACIOUS” studio flat in Bournemouth is to be auctioned next month with a guide price of £95,000 to £100,000.
The property situated at D11 Pine Grange is among 174 lots listed across southern England in the 250th auction of Clive Emson Auctioneers, which started up in 1989.
The flat in Pine Road is on a 250-year lease from 2005, with a ground rent of £60 per annum.
Mike Marchant, a senior auction appraiser in Dorset and Hampshire for the regional land and property auction firm, said: “With 419 sq ft, the flat is larger than many one-bedroom flats and benefits from a separate kitchen, with communal gardens and unallocated parking.”
House & Son are joint auctioneers, and the auction ends on June 12 with live bidding from June 10.
As previously reported, a three-bedroom flat at 42A Sea Road, close to Boscombe Pier, sold in the firm’s May auction for £155,000 in a bidding war.
