A MULTI-platinum selling artist has added a Bournemouth venue to his tour of the UK.
Alfie Boe will now be playing at the Bournemouth Pavilion on Thursday, July 4, as part of his ‘Encore’ 2024 tour.
High demand for tickets saw the singer announce five extra dates, with new shows also taking place in Skegness, Southend, Tunbridge Wells and Blackpool.
Alfie released his new Top 10 charting album 'Open Arms - The Symphonic Songbook' in October.
His homage to rock, the album sees the tenor rework versions of rock’s finest tracks such as Bon Jovi’s ‘Livin’ On A Prayer’, Metallica’s ‘Nothing Else Matters’, Bryan Adams’ ‘Summer of ‘69, and many more, into symphonic masterpieces.
He has triumphed on theatre stages and in concert halls around the world and has two recent UK number one albums under his belt for albums 'Together' and 'Together Again', made with his great friend Michael Ball.
Kicking off at the Regent in Ipswich on May 30, Alfie will now play 18 shows across the UK, culminating at Blackpool Opera House on July 5.
Tickets for the extra dates are on sale now.
