ATTREE Edwin John Passed away in Poole Hospital on 31st October 2023 aged 75 years. Now reunited with his beloved Mother, Edith, who passed away in 2011. He will be fondly remembered and sadly missed by his carers, neighbours, and friends. Funeral service to take place at The Barn, Harbour View Crematorium on Tuesday 28th November 2023 at 10am. I knew Edwin for the last few years of his life when I helped him with his computing skills. He clearly had many demons to battle and his situation would appear to most as near intolerable. It struck me as remarkable, however, that despite all this, he retained his sense of humour, and we often enjoyed a joke. I would like to think he considered me a friend as well as his tutor, and that he really enjoyed his lessons with me. I shall certainly miss him. Keep smiling and laughing Edwin, and enjoy the view from those "higher perches"!
