CHAMBERS Sylvia Passed away peacefully on 16th July 2023 at the Westbourne Tower Care Home, aged 94 years. Beloved Wife of the late Ralph, dearly loved Mum of Anne and Elaine and also to Malcolm and Bryan, a loving Grandmother to Samantha, Danielle and Francesca and a Great Grandmother to Elijah. Funeral Service at Bournemouth Crematorium on Monday 7th August at 11:15am. Family flowers only please. No donations by request.
