BRIDGER Doris Barbara Maud Born January 12, 1920, in Walthamstow, London, to the late William Charles Meredith and Barbara Maud Meredith. Died peacefully on March 27, 2023, aged 103 years at Fairlawn care home in Ferndown. Preceded in death by her two siblings, Gladys Meredith Bruty and Les Meredith. Her late husband of 56 years, Sydney William Morashe Bridger of Portsmouth, preceded her in death on April 7, 1999. In addition to friends, neighbours, and those who cared for her, Doris will be deeply missed by her only child Keith Bridger (and daughter-in-law Nancy Simpson) of Washington DC, niece Susan Bridger Earl (and spouse Fred Earl) of Brisbane, Australia. Doris's Funeral Service will be held on Monday 17th April at 1pm in The Sheila Kendrick Ceremony Suite, AE Jolliffe & Son Funeral Directors, 17 Victoria Road, Ferndown, Dorset BH22 9HT.
