NEVILLE Ada Agnes née Mitchell April 23, 1925 - December 21, 2022 With much sadness the family mourns the passing of Ada. Predeceased by husband Basil and 4 older brothers. Survived by younger sister Pamela, sister in law Eva, and nieces. Ada was a hotelier in Hastings prior to her retirement to Tuckton and Friars Cliff. Intelligent, gracious, witty, optimistic and very devoted to her family and dogs, she lived her life with a quiet sense of determination and love of adventure. A survivor she taught us to get up and get on with the day regardless. Ada was much loved and will be missed. Special thanks to Christchurch Angels, Marion and Ted Slade, for their caring and support in recent years and the Carers at Agincare who enabled Ada to stay in her own home as long as her health allowed.
