FOSTER Richard RN Rtd On 25th February 2023 peacefully at home, Reginald Richard Foster aged 90 years. Beloved husband of Marie. Former Royal Navy Fleet Chief Warrant Officer Communications. His Funeral Service will take place on Tuesday 14th March 2023 at Bournemouth Crematorium at 2.45pm. Family flowers only. Your service record with the Royal Navy was outstanding and reflected in your final rank of Fleet Chief Petty Officer you were truly in every sense an officer and a gentleman. It was a privilege to know you and to count you as a close friend. As you begin your final journey 'May the road rise up to meet you'
