CARTER Noel Urban Passed away at Royal Bournemouth Hospital on 26th January 2023, aged 90 years. Loving husband of Jill, devoted father to Lyn, special grandad to Tasha and Will and a great grandad to Charlie and Chloe. He will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by all his family and friends. Kindly no flowers please.
