COOMBES Lorna Joyce 1935-2022 Widow of Tom Coombes, 1933-1988 The family of Lorna Coombes are very sad to announce that our beloved mum, granny, auntie and much-loved member of St Luke's, passed away peacefully on 31 August in Poole Hospital after a short illness. Her family were at her side. She will be sorely missed by her children Belinda (Bin), Sam and Pete; by her son-and daughters-in-law Javier, Marja, and Bridget; by grandchildren Tom, Sammy and Helen and grand-daughter-in-law Tash; her nieces and nephew Lee, Rachel, Sandy, Samantha and by all her family. Lorna was sustained throughout her life by her strong Christian faith, and she is now at peace with the Lord. The funeral will take place on Saturday 17th September. Friends are welcome to attend the service of thanksgiving for Lorna's life at 12.30 at St.Luke's church, Parkstone. Flowers can be arranged through Tapper Funeral Services, Parkstone.
