SMITH Patricia Anne (nee' Crutcher) Passed away peacefully on Monday 14th February 2022 at home aged 78 years. Loving Wife of Peter. Amazing Mum to daughter Cindy and Son Jason. Wonderful Nan to Joshua and wife Sophie. Great Nana Pat, to Blake and Bligh. Faithful companion to Gus. Funeral Service to be held at St Peter & St Paul's Parish Church, Market Place, Ringwood on Friday 18th March at 12. Noon. All are welcome to attend.
