BAKER Pat Pat Baker passed away peacefully in Forest Holme Hospice after a short illness aged 66 years. Beloved wife to Dave, devoted mum to Chris, Faye, and the late Phil, and much loved nanny to Cheyelee and Nevaeh. Will be sadly missed by all her friends and family. Funeral service to be held at Harbour View Burial Ground (The Barn) at 10:30am on the 6th of September. No flowers please, donations if desired to Forest Holme Hospice.

There are no words that can describe how im feeling. Going to miss you so very much. You have been the best friend anyone could wish for. I will treasure all the lovely memories we have made of the years. I will get to blackpool tower ballroom for the strictly come dancing show that you wanted us to do one day.
