BELBIN Donald Roy James FCA Passed away peacefully at home after a short illness on 3rd July 2021 aged 88 years. Now reunited with his beloved wife Maureen, he was a very much loved father, grandfather and great-grandfather. He will be very fondly remembered by many in Bournemouth where he lived all his life, and in Winchester where he was the Diocesan Treasurer.
