Notice of Application for the variation of a Premises License
Notice is given that MEHMET BOLAT has applied to Bournemouth Borough Council for the variation of a Premises License under the Licensing Act 2003.

The proposed variation is:
Supply of alcohol off the premises-0800hrs-0100hrs daily
Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: The Licensing Team, Bournemouth Borough Council, Town Hall, St Stephens Road, Bournemouth, BH2 6LL.
Representations must be received no later than 12/07/16.

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is up to level 5 on the standard scale (£5000)
