Notice is hereby given that on 19 May 2016, a Petition was presented to Campbeltown Sheriff Court by Tarbert-Argyll Fishermen Limited, a registered society under the Cooperative and Community Benefit Societies Act 2014 (registered number SP1631RS) and having its registered office at Cragfoot, Harbour Street, Tarbert, Argyll PA29 6UD, craving the court inter alia that Tarbert-Argyll Fishermen Limited be wound up by the court and to appoint an Interim Liquidator, in which Petition the sheriff by interlocutor dated 19 May 2016 appointed persons having an interest to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Campbeltown Sheriff Court within 8 days after intimation and advertisement; and meantime appointed Thomas Campbell MacLennan, Insolvency Practitioner, FRP Advisory LLP, Apex 3, 95 Haymarket Terrace, Edinburgh EH12 5HD to be Interim Liquidator of Tarbert-Argyll Fishermen Limited with the powers specified in Paragraphs 4 and 5 of Part 2 of Schedule 4 of the Insolvency Act 1986, all of which notice is hereby given.
