CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14 ASHBOURNE ROAD BOLTON BRADFORD TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC (NO. 545) ORDER
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council by reason of works proposed to be executed on or near Ashbourne Road, Bolton, Bradford intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall proceed on that length of Ashbourne Road which extends between properties numbered 9 and 15
PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to persons employed in connection with the works or to vehicles being used in connection with the works proposed to be carried out on or near the said length of road. Pedestrian access and access for vehicles associated with the works will be allowed.
An alternative route for traffic affected by the proposed Order will be
available via Ashbourne Road (unaffected section), Ashbourne Grove,
Ashbourne Gardens, Ashbourne Drive and vice versa.
The proposed Order will come into effect on Monday 13th June 2016 and
remain in force for a period of approximately two days.
