NOTICE OF VARIATION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of The Borough and County of the Town of Poole in exercise of its powers under Section 35(C), 45, 46, 46(A), 49 and 53 of the Road Traffic Act 1984 and in compliance with Sections 25(1), (3) and 5(A) of part V of The Local Authorities Traffic Order (Procedure) (England and Wales) Regulations 1996 intends to vary the Order controlling the use of Off and On-Street Car Parks in the Borough of Poole.
The Variations will be brought into effect on 10 October 2016
