Application for a Premises Licence Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that, we, Lidl UK GmbH have made an application under Section 17 of Part 3 of the Licensing Act 2003 to the Borough of Poole Licensing Authority for a Premises Licence for Lidl UK GmbH, 2-6 Hatch Pond Road Poole Dorset BH17 7LQ for the sale of alcohol by retail for consumption off the premises during the hours 07:00 to 23:00 Monday to Sunday. Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: The Head of Environmental and Consumer Protection Services, Borough of Poole, Unit 1 New Fields Business Park Stinsford Road Poole Dorset BH170NF. Representations must be received no later than 11.08.2016. The Application Record and Register may be viewed during normal office hours at the above address or at www.boroughofpoole.com.
