Georgina Boyd has applied to East Dorset Council for a - Premises Licence under Section 17* of the Licensing Act 2003 for the Premises known as and situated at; The Thirsty Bird 3 East Street, Wimbrone, Dorset, BH21 1DS and propose to cary on the following activities Sale of Alcohol Monday to Sunday 10:00 - 23:00
Application are available for public inspection at Furzehill, Wimborne, BH21 4HN or on www.dorsetforyou.com Responsible Authorities or any other person may make representations in writing on the proposals in the application to the Licensing Authority but these must be submitted between 4th June 2016 and 2nd July 2016 It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is level 5 of the standard scale (£5000, January 2005).
