Licensing Act 2003
Golden Acres Nurseries Limited has applied to East Dorset District Council for a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003 for the Premises known as and situate at John Brown Garden Centre, Ringwood Road, Three Legged Cross, Dorset, BH21 6RD and propose to carry on the following activities:- The sale of alcohol by retail on and off the premises between 08.30 and 20.30 hrs Monday to Sunday, all as specified in the application. Applications are available for public inspection at East Dorset District Council, Licensing
Team, Council Offices, Furzehill, Wimborne, BH21 4HN or on www.dorsetforyou.com. Responsible Authorities or any other person may make representations in writing on the proposals in the application to the Licensing Authority but these must be submitted by 27th May 2016. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is level 5 of the standard scale (£5000, January 2005).
