Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Massarella Gelaterie Limited has applied to Bournemouth Borough Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as Restaurant House of Fraser, Third Floor, 24Old Christchurch Road, Bournemouth, BH1 2AA. The proposed licensable activities and their hours are: To permit the sale of alcohol Monday to Sunday 0800 to 2300;
Late Night Refreshments Monday to Sunday 23:00 to 23:30; and opening hours Monday to Sunday 0700 to 2330. Any representations regarding the above-
mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing Authority,
Bournemouth Borough Council, Town
Hall Annex, St Stephen's Road, Bournemouth, BH2 6DY no later than 20th May20l6 stating the grounds for
representation. The register of Bournemouth Borough Council and the
record of the application maybe inspected at the address of the council, given above,during normal business
hours or on the council's website -
