NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an Order has been made under the above act as follows:

Notice of Public Path Stopping-Up Order Town and Country Planning Act 1990, Section 257

The Purbeck District Council (Footpath SE25/21 (Part)
Former St Martins First School, Sandford)
Public Path Stopping Up Order 2016

The above order was made on 6 April 2016. The effect of the order will be to stop up part of Footpath SE25/21 on the definitive map for the Parish of Sandford from point A (Grid reference: E: 393080 N: 089858) running in a general north easterly direction crossing the former St Martins First School, Sandford Road, Sandford to point B (Grid reference: E: 393132 N: 089913) as shown on the order map.

A copy of the order and the order map may be seen free of charge at Westport House, Worgret Road, Wareham, Dorset, BH20 4PP from 8.45a.m.to 4.45pm (Monday-Thursday) 8.45am to 4.15pm (Friday). Copies of the order and map may be bought there at the price of £1.60.

Any representation about or objection to the order may be sent or delivered in writing addressed to General Manager - Planning and Community Services, Purbeck District Council Westport House, Worgret Road, Wareham, Dorset, BH20 4PP notlater than 19 May 2016. Please state the grounds on which it is made.

If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, Purbeck District Council may itself confirm the order as an unopposed order. If the order is sent to the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs for confirmation any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the order.
