LICENSING ACT 2003 APPLICATION TO VARY PREMISES LICENCE (Section 34)
Notice is hereby given that Brewhouse anc Kitchen Limited has applied to Bournemouth Borough Council to vary the Premises Licence in respect of Brewhouse and Kitchen (formerly Malt 8 Hops), 147 Parkwood Road Bournemouth BH5 2BW to vary the layout of the premises and vary/remove conditions. The Licensing Register containing a record of the application may be inspected at the Licensing Authority, Town Hall Annex St Stephens Road Bournemouth BH2 6DY during normal office hours or at any
time at www.bournemouth.gov.uk. Any
representation by a Responsible Authority or any other person must be made in writing to the Licensing Authority at the above address or by email to icensing@bournemouth.gov.uk by 27 Apri 2016. It is an offence knowingly or reck ess y to make a fa se statement in connection with an application punishable on summary conviction by a maximum fine of £5000.
