Notice of Application for a Variation of Premises Licence
Notice is given that Onurmert Ltd of 24 Cornwall Road Dorchester DTI 1RX has applied to Bournemouth Borough Council for a variation to a premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 in relation to: Central Off Licence, 57 Exeter Road Bournemouth BH2 5AF. The following licensable activity will be provided during the following times and start the 22nd day of March 2016: Sale by retail of alcohol Sunday to Thursday 06.00 - 01.00, Friday and Saturday 08.00 - 02.00. Representations must be received no later than 21 March 2016. The Application Record may be viewed between 09:00 tirs and 16:00 hrs Monday to Friday at the above address. Under Section 158 Licensing Act 2003, il is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is up to £5000 (level 5 on the standard scab).
