Pursuant to the Trustee Act 1925
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
that any person having a claim against or an interest in the estate of June Mary Fieldsend deceased late of Flat 5 Amberley Court, Bath Road, Bournemouth, Dorset, BH1 2NL who died on 5th January 2016 is hereby required to send particulars in writing of their claim or interest to the undersigned Solicitors for Paul Gavin Bennett and Mary Helen Nelmes the Executors on or before 29th April 2016 after which date the Executors will proceed to distribute the assets of the said deceased among the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interests of which they shall have had notice.
