EILEEN BYRNE DECEASED Pursuant to the Trustee Act 1925
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that any person having a claim against or an interest in the estate of Eileen Byrne deceased late of Glenhurst Manor 44a West Cliff Road Bournemouth BH4 8BB formerly of Flat 25 Beaufort Mews Grammar School Lane Wimborne Dorset BH21 who died on First February 2016 is hereby required to send particulars in writing of their claim or interest to the undersigned Solicitors for the Executors on or before 19 April 2016 after which date the Executors will proceed to distribute the assets of the said deceased among the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interests of which they shall have had notice.
