LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972
SECTION 123 (l),(2A) LAND AT BROADSTONE RECREATION GROUND, BROADSTONE BOWLING CLUB, DUNYEATS ROAD, POOLE, DORSET

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough and County of the Town of Poole is considering granting a long lease of land of the existing pavilion and bowling green which forms part of an open space at Broadstone Recreation Ground, Poole, Dorset, for use as a club pavilion and bowling green to Broadstone Wessex Bowling Club.
Objections to the intended disposal must be made in writing to the Culture and Community Services and sent to the Council by 10th March 2016. Comments (quoting Broadstone Wessex Bowling Club) can be sent by:

1. Writing, addressed to Head of Culture and Community Learning, Borough of Poole, Upton House, Upton Country Park, Upton, Poole, Dorset, BH17 7BJ.
