POOLE TRAFFIC REGULATION (SPECIAL EVENTS) ACT 1994
THE POOLE (SPECIAL EVENTS)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC)
ORDER 2016

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Borough and County of the Town of Poole, the Highway Authority, is satisfied that traffic on the said roads should be prohibited for the purpose of holding approximately 61 social events and proposes to make an Order, the effect of which is that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed along the lengths of road listed in Schedules (i) and (ii) to the Order. Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times. Emergency vehicles will also be accommodated at all times.The proposed Order will be operative at the times shown on the schedules to this Notice.

The Order is operative from 29 March 2016 and will continue in force until 31 December 2016 at the times listed in the schedule.
If you wish to object to any of the proposed items you should send the grounds for your objection, in writing, to die undersigned by 10 March 2016.
