has applied to East Dorset District Council for a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003 for the Premises known as and situate at
2 Cook Row, Wimborne, Dorset BH21 1LB and propose to carry on the following activities:-

Responsible Authorities as defined under the Licensing Act 2003 or any other person may make representations in writing on the proposals in the application but these must be submitted between 20th January & 16th February 2016.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is level 5 of the standard scale (£5000, January 2005).
