Licensing Act 2003 Notice of Application for a Premises Licence
AFC Bournemouth Limited hereby gives notice that an application was made to Bournemouth Borough Council (the Council) on 7 January 2016 for a Premises Licence for AFC Bournemouth Stadium, Dean Court Ground, Bournemouth BH7 7AF to permit the licensable activities of sale of alcohol, regulated entertainment and late night refreshment during the hours and on the conditions set out in Licence no BH118799 for this site. The application may be inspected at the Council offices at Town Hall, St Stephen's Road, Bournemouth BH2 6EA free of charge between the hours of 0900 and 1630 Monday to Thursday and 0900 and 1600 Friday or on their website www.bournemouth.gov.uk. Any party or responsible authority may make written representations to the Council by 4 February 2016. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and a person may be liable to a fine on summary conviction of up to £5,000.
