I, Gary Bennetton, of Giraffes not Jellyfish Ltd T/A Soundclash Festival, hereby give notice that I have applied on 18th January 2016 to New Forest District Council for the grant of a Premises License for the premise known as Somerley Estate, Ringwood, BH243PL.
The Application is for the Sale of Alcohol (for consumption on the Premises), The provision of Regulated Entertainment, consisting of An exhibition of a film/A performance of live music/ Any late night refreshment/ Entertainment of a similar description to the aforementioned takes place in the presence of an audience, or where the purposes which include the purpose of entertaining that audience, on Sunday 01st May 2016. The event, an electronic dance music festival, will have bar and catering outlets, fairground, big tops and an open air stage. The event will open at 1300hrs and close at 0200hrs, with amplified music reduced from Midnight. There will be no camping for audience members.
Any person who wishes to make representations in connection with this application should send their representations in writing to: The Licensing Authority, New Forest District Council, Appletree Court, Lyndhurst, SO43 7PA stating the terms of the grounds of the said representation, to be relieved, not later than 15th February 2016.
