LICENSING ACT 2003
Application has been made by Aldi Stores Limited to the Licensing Authority of Bournemouth Borough Council to vary a Premises Licence for Aldi, 257-263 Holdenhurst Road, Bournemouth, BH8 8BZ. The proposed variation is to bring forward the hours permitted for the sale of alcohol on a Sunday to 10:00. Full details of the Application and variation sought can be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority at Bournemouth Borough Council, Town Hall Annex, St Stephen's Road, Bournemouth, BH2 6EA (www.bournemouth.gov.uk). Written representations can be made to the Licensing Authority at any time up to and including 9 February 2016.
