NOTICE PURSUANT TO THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925
Any person having any claim or interest in the Estate of Dennis Albert Stubbings, deceased, late of 42 Sunrise, Belle View Road, Southbourne, Bournemouth, BH6 3DS who died on the 1st August 2015 is required to send particulars to Messrs Maffey & Brentnall Solicitors of 149 The Parade, Watford, Hertfordshire, WD17 1NB for Jennifer Hurrell, the personal representative of the deceased on or before 15th March 2016 after which date the estate will be distributed having regard only to the claims and interests of which the Personal Representative has notice.
