LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is given that Funki Griller Limited has applied to Bournemouth Borough Council for a Premises Licence in respect of 20 Exeter Road, Bournemouth BH1 1RQ. This application replicates the provisions of licence No. BH117557. The proposed licensable activities are the sale of alcohol, the provision of films, live and recorded music, dance and late night refreshment. Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must write to The Licensing Authority, Bournemouth Borough Council, Town Hall St Stephens Road Bournemouth BH2 6EB. The Application, including the hours of operation, may be viewed during normal office hours at the offices of the Licensing Authority or online at www.boumemouth.gov.uk. It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is up to level 5 on the standard scale (£5000).
