NOTICE BY EXECUTORS UNDER SECTION 27 TRUSTEE ACT, 1925
RE: THE ESTATE OF JAMES DRUMMOND MERRILEES (DECEASED)
Pursuant to the Trustee Act 1925 Notice is hereby given that all creditors or others having any claim against or claiming to be beneficially interested in the Estate of James Drummond Merrilees (Deceased) late of Flat 112 Keverstone Court 97 Manor Road Bournemouth BH1 3BZ who died on 5th January 2015 and whose Will was proved
in the Bristol District Probate Registry on 16th November 2015 by James Stirling Merrilees and Peter Drummond Merrilees as the sole proving Executors thereof are hereby required to send particulars thereof in writing to the undersigned Solicitor on or before 10th February 2016
after which date the said Executors will proceed to distribute the assets of the Deceased among the persons ontitled thereto having regard only to the claims of which they then have had notice and will not be liable for the assets of the deceased or any part thereof so distributed to any person or persons of whose claims or demands they
then have not had notice.
